82 trans am L84, mech or electric fan ?
what was correct and factory installed fan type in 82 trans ams with L84 and auto trans ? the car came with a metal shroud deal and also upper and lower shroud plastics and an electric fan assembly that looks similar tot he 84 Z28 L69 ones, but im not for certain, i havent noticed an electrical plug for fan at rad support as of yet and thats after yanking drivetrain yesterday, so,, hmm...
i had put a mech fan on the waterpump but man theres no way it would work the fan sits wayyyy too high for the hood..
were any firebirds with v8 mech fan ?
and if so then how ? engine is mounted liek way to high for such a thing
thanks

not all, but only supposedly the v6's and L69's, ive had a couple z28s and they been electric which is correct for L69 in at least 82 83 84 years anyways
