Lighted Manual Fan Switch

I'm working on putting in a manual fan switch. The switch I have has three terminals: supply volts, on acc., and earth ground. I know the ground is connected to ground, but where should I connect the other two? If at all possible, I would like to also like the switch to be in parallel to the current curcuit. Any help would be appreciated.

(sorry for the double post, but wasn't sure where to put it.)

My advice would be to wire the fan in with a relay... Positive from the switch to the ign switched fusebox terminal.. Negative to ground... Accessory to the positive terminal for the relay power...

Relay ground to ground, then one wire from the battery, then to the fan.... There's tech articles for it that go into more detail... Definately don't want the power for the fan going through the switch...
