Help!!!!!

I have a 91 Camaro RS with a 305 V8. I just bought this about a month and a half ago and it used to run fine. Now it is overheating wicked bad and I have done just about everything to try and fix it. I thought it might need a new thermostat so I put a 195* one in because that's what it had in it at the time but it still overheated. I took it to my mechanic and at first he told me that he believed that it was a water pump because mine was cracked so, I replaced the water pump. It still was overheating so I went back again and as I was pulling into his garage, my radiator blew up and I mean literally causing antifreeze to go everywhere and then made a huge hole in the actual radiator. So I then replaced that. Well I thought that it was fixed but then this weekend it overheated again and so I put a 160* thermostat in it and replaced the radiator cap. And guess what? It's still overheating. When it overheats it makes all the antifreeze back up into the overflow tank and then it all bubbles like I am boiling water or something. So if anyone knows what else I can try besides putting a new fan in it cause it works sometimes but I think I need a new fan switch, please tell me right away!!

Thanks
