Need air conditioner or selling car
Wow man, you're talking about alot of stuff...
I'd try the junkyard for the plastic evaporator housing, but to buy a new accumulator, hoses, compressor, and condensor you'll have to spend quite the bit of cash at NAPA or anywhere else like that. I don't know how much your car is worth right now, but you might be better off selling it and getting one with the a/c already in.

If i was to sell my car I could easily get 3 grand for it without the system in it. I am thinking about just selling it and getting a beater.

If you had a AC why did you get rid of it and now want it back? Why would you rather have a beater with AC then a nice Z28 without? I'd get a spraybottle full of water to keep me cool before I got rid of a car I liked just for AC.
