here is a question for all you guys...
i live in canada so i think our temperature gauge is in celsius
anyhow , mine goes to the 3/4 mark, which is just under 125 degrees, and then the fan turns on, and it cools off to 105, then the fan turns off... it drives me nuts because i am almost 100% sure this is way too hot, but my mechanic says it's not in the red zone so i shouldn't worry...

Look at the radidator for cracks or anything blocking air flow i took off my a/c condensor and now my temp NEVER get to 220 only if im going below 5mph in 100 heat while going up hill a steep hill.Also check all your hoses and rad cap and over flow tank .

it's a brand new 3 core copper rad...
it actually goes to about 115 celsius, which is.... 240 fahrenheit... then the fan turns on...
