No Water in the Radiator?

At the Nostalgia drags in Pomona I picked up a Mooneyes catalog and it has a product called Evans MPG+Waterless Coolant. The ad goes on to say, "No boilover! No Cavitation! No Water! No Electrolysis! Low Pressure System. No replenishment! Uses no Water therefore no corrosion. Boiling point of 350 degrees."

At $22.50 per gallon, this stuff is not cheap. Does anybody know anything about this product?
