allright i got a 350 in my 84 TA and she loves to run hot the is usually between 220 and 250 no matter how hard you drive. I just can't keep the dang thing cool. But we will have words and i will win eventually. If you take her for a sprited 5 min drive down the road and come back the over flow tank looks like a pool of piranha's comsuming a cow.

i consider normal stock temps more like 220 all the time.
thats with air dam intact, no fans on, and 195 stat on the highway.

i would put in a 180 stat, and maybe replace your rad. cap.

also run close to 50/50 mixture of coolant.
