One of those days...
Was almost done re-installing engine, started it up, and transmission fluid is running down the radiator. Stripped the fitting, and the radiator on the top transmission line. So I got a new fitting and pipe, but the radiator is also stripped. What I'm asking is, does anyone have a solution to my problem. Rethread the radiator somehow? Take it to a shop? OR is the only solution a new radiator...
Thanks,
Alan

If this a stock type radiator, you are probably better off buying a new radiator. They can be had cheap enough. You could try calling local radiator shops and see if they can help...If it was me, I would just bite the bullet and get a new rad...

Thanks for the reply, but I fixed it with a different type of fitting, along with about 4" of transmission hose, and 2 hose clamps. Works great, I guess the radiator wasn't stripped farther in, and since this new piece doesn't have the tapered metal hose to block the way helped out.
By the way, about how much do new stock radiators go for?
