Trans cooler- what kind of fittings do I need?

I have a TCI transmission cooler and I'm putting it on my IROC. I took out the radiator, and the quick connect fittings supplied in the kit do not fit my radiator. The instructions don't have anything for my specific model, but it says this:

Jeep and GM Fitting Type:
Use Kit 390
Application- 1986 prior Jeep, 1991 and newer GM
Fitting Type- 5/8" -18 inverted flare
I.D.- Line and fitting is identified by 3/8" O.D. line with a 5/8" wrench size fitting threaded into the radiator.

What size fitting do I need to buy to allow me to hook up my trans cooler? And do parts stores like AutoZone sell them? Thanks in advance.
