What is correct oper. temp for LO3?

My car runs consistently around 140-150, maybe 200 stuck in traffic for a while. I do have mostly water in my system currently. Is this the cause?
(The engine is back to all stock parts.)

At what exact temp does the O2 sensor come into play?

What is the ideal temp for a stock LO3's ECM? Power/Economy

The ideal operating temp for the L03 is 195-220. The car should enter closed loop(uses O2 senser input) around 160 but other factors can change that temp.

Running just water shouldnt make your engine run that cold. Usually when an engine wont warm up its due to a thermostat that is stuck open.

Mine will run an average of about 160 degrees with a new stock 195 stat. If I get stuck in traffic long enough it can reach as high as 220 where the fans kick in and cool it back down. 160 is fine and closed loop will be reached long before that.
