What type and what percentage of coolant for aluminium heads?

same as you would use for any other motor.


if you're worried about corrosion, put some sacrifical zinc in.


goto a boating store, and you'll find zinc in all shapes and sizes... get a smaller one, one that can fit thru the radiator cap... and with a piece of strong wire attach it to the inside of the radiator cap, or if theres room, mount it in the tank.

just be sure it cant come loose.. i dont think it would agree with the waterpump.

You can buy products that do the same thing. Good idea, but I'm sure a liquid product would be that much easier.
