Heater hose line

I own a carmaro that has no heater. What i have left is a hole in the radiator that use to connect to the heater hose line. What is the best way to plug it up?

Find a threaded pipe plug that fits. Home Depot, Lowes or the autoparts store should have a copper one that fits. Use teflon tape on the threads so it doesn't leak.
