Fan temp

I think my fan may be kicking on late(or the gauge may be reading slightly high). It kicks on around 230 and off at about 220 but the engine temp is getting up to 240. I think it used to come on at 220 and off around 200. Which is the right fan on and off temps?

The stock fan sw should be about 234. Don't forget that coolant condition(age) and mix also determine cooling efficiency.
