Why don't you just try a stock size aluminum replacement radiator? Modine Radiator, Napa, $149. No more overheating.

larger radiator

look into summit or jegs.
I have bought two big radiators B-cool happens to be a rip off there so over priced. I bought another radiator exactly like my be cool from a company called Howe and side by side you cant tell the difference they have the same exact dimensions except the Howe radiator is 150 dollars cheaper.
If your got a pricy motor I would get a pricy radiator just my .02

I put in a 400ci in my 82 z28 and had major heat problem. I picked up a Griffin radiator and not a problem anymore
