'86 V8 Electric fan

I have a chance to pic up an electric fan cheap from a v8 '86 camaro.. Think it is the single fan.. Would this be sufficient to cool a 400sbc? I have a heavy duty 3-row rad, no a/c & use a 160* thermostat... Already have a wiring kit for an electric fan. I was going to install a taurus fan, but they pull too much amperage and dont want to deal with it.. Seems like this would be a much easier install..

thanks

It should work just fine. I would suggest going ahead and replacing the motor on it first, but other than that, it should pull enough air through.
