Aftermarket fan controler

What is the easiest aftermarket cooling fan control to install and cheap??? also i would like one that is adjustable so in winter and summer they can be diffrent. if anyone has a part # or name, it would be helpfull.

Engine: Pos 2.8 pulled and replaced with a 350 tpi motor converted to carb.
Transmission: 700r4, vette servo,shift kit, hayden 15"x8" trans cooler.
I have a hayden adjustable fan switch. Works VERY good. I bought that and a relay cost me $30. I forget the part number but i got it from pepboys.
