Still Overheating need help

Still Overheating need help
My car keeps overheating when i have my AC on When it is off my car runs at 180 when its on it will get into the red.
So far i have done a compleate flush of my cooling system. Put new antifreeze in 50/50 mix with waterwetter. Fan motor is new, New tensioner the bearing on the old one went bad thought that could of been it. Cleaned inbetween my Radiator and AC condenser got all the leaves out and got rid of all the stuff stuck between the fins. My lower air dam is on so i dont think that is the problem. My radiator cap is good i have no leaks in the radiator. I have replaced my waterpump.I am running out of ideas here.
Its on a 91 RS v6 3.1
When the ac is on and im at idle with it on it will stay at 220 all day but when i start driving thats when it heats up.
