Bigger Radiator with a Procharger????

I'm currently running a 388 with my D1-SC procharger. I feel the stock radiator is inadequate for my application even though it hasn't overheated yet. I have a 180* stat, stewart stage 2 pump, and a new stock size radiator. Is there anything i could put in place of it.

You might try looking at the 180 buck griffins. Only main difference between them and the 400+ or 500+ buck models is theres no return line from the heater core and there isn't a built in trans cooler. Your stage 2 stewart should have a spot on it to plumb a return line to it directly. You could even try searching the net for them... Summit and Jegs should both price match. I eventually found a 31x19 for 160 bucks or so before shipping once.

If i'm not mistaken, the griffin's are a little thicker than stock. I have no room for a thicker unit. The only way i can stick a thicker unit is if the actual radiator were shorter and then i could stuff it under the radiator support where teh AC condenser was.
