91 camaro overheating (please help)

My 305 tbi is overheating it will drive fine for about 15 minutes but then it gets really hot. I have flushed the radiator and have a 180 thermostat in it and put a new radiator cap on it. My fan is always running becasue i have it on a toggle switch. The water pump seems to be working becasue when i look inside of the radiator with the cap off it still if floswing the water. WHEN THE CAR HEATS UP THE TOP RADIATOR HOSE GETS REALLY HARD AND I CAN NOT SQUEEZE IT .WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. dO I NEED TO GET A NEW RADIATOR OR IS IT A HEAD GASKET pLEASE HELP ME THIS IS MY EVERYDAY DRIVER AND I NEED JIT TO LIVE

might want to try to test the thermostat is ensure its opening at the correct temp.

how high does the level get in the coolant tank?

head gasket problem is when coolant is in the oil usually, doesnt sound like this is the problem..

with a 180 stat and fans on all the time the guage should read around 190 and no where near the 220 middle mark. a 180 is what i went with and havent looked back since.

the tank will fill up quite a bit once it starts to bubble out. The thermostat is brand new and when it overheats i checked it and it was open.
