My radiator fan comes on whenever it is sposed to. The problem is, it never shuts off! Here is the kicker.... if i pop the hood, it functions normally. I'm totally lost here, sombody help!

 

Well it could be that your fan relay is stuck in the circuit closed position. I also looked at you mod list and is said you were going to do an ECM prom update "coming soon" did you get that in yet? If so some proms like the hypertech thermomaster has a reprogam to make the fan run 100% of the time as long as the key is in run. This is due the how much it advaces the timing so much it needs to keep cool to prevent detonation. I would say its either one or the other of these two. If you dont have the Chip yet and are going to get one soon I wouldn't bother even fixing the relay since the new chip will make it run all the time anyways depending on which one you get. Good Luck!
