Oil fitting epoxy

Just got my radiator the other day from a friend.

It's missing a portion of epoxy around the lower heat exchanger fitting (shown in picture). I am wondering, what would be best to "fill the gap"? I'm not going to just leave it, even if there are no bad things that could happen. So, any suggestions?

(sorry about the picture quality, but I've circled the spot)

why not take it to a radiator shop and have the crap Epoxy removed and that fitting Tig welded in place so you never have to worry about it.
