Quick question Running very cold

hi guys and gals i got a quick question. my car runs very cold refer to the picture please it runs at where the yellow line is while driving on the road and stuck in traffic alittle higher never goes past the 160*?? line right above the yellow i dont think this is good for my car. i have a 180* thermistat in right now if i change that to a say 200 if they make 200 or a 190 would that help my car heat up more?

oh i havent always had these problems i had a leaky water pump and was having problems with that and i wound up putting a 180 degree in i dont know what it was previously. then i got the water pump fixed i figured after it was fixed it would warm up more. it normally ran alittle above the first tick.

thanks

Nothing to really worry about. I check the temp on the temp sensor in the intake and it reads right, but the sensor in the head reads cold. The head sensor is new. The gauge functions but not intill it is up to 180*. I think since the cars came with the 180* stats they had the gauge not really read until 180*. I have a 160* stat.
