Getting off thermostate bolts PITA!

Hey guys I spent a few hours today trying to change the thermostat to a a 180 instead of the stock 195, anyways i figured it would be a easy jobs but figured out soon that these bolts are a pain in the butt to get off, i got the one that sits on the right but the one on the left sitting under the plenum is a lil more tricky, anyways i gave up on it today cause it got dark, any ideas on how i can get this bolt off tommarrow. thanks
