electrical nightmare with a fan
alright i did i motor swap and everything worked fine but the fan. replaced switches and most everything i found on the circut but still doesnt cut on. fixed problem by wiring my own switch and recently had a melt down on that. lookin for suggestions to fix the problem with chevy's wiring or suggestions on puttin in my own. also does anyone know how much current the fan motor pulls. oh yeah been using 16 gauge wire and a 25 amp fuse but it pops the fuse everytime i put it in.
any suggested will be wonderful

I personally wouldent sugest trying a 30A fuse don't ever try to replace a popping fuse by sticking in a larger one or else your problem could just go further down the line then you run into a whole bunch of other problems, Usually a blown fuse usually means a short to ground in the circuit. If i were you i'd check your shiwtch and make sure all your grounds are clean and at a good ground point. It would be alot easier if you had some type of ohm meter at your disposal? if not without seeing your circuit you made just check your grounds!
