fan problem

hello,

AZ sucks...its hot and i got a question because i dont want to cook my engine. when drivong my car stays about 180-190 but when sitting still it gets to 223 then ONE fan kicks on and cools it down to 200 then kicks off. My question is what is up with my other fan???? is it not working or does it not come on intell it gets hotter????

Factory that other fan comes on at like 240 or something, also with AC on.

Willie comments the TPI engine is engineered to run hot to burn better for emissions, his sticky explains some good details, read over that for more details
