So the AC only comes out "strong" through the driver's vent and the top middle vent. Why? The passenger vent is a whisper and so is the bottom middle vent. I close all the vents, but the passenger and it's only twice as strong, and I do the same for the middle-bottom vent and the same thing. But if I close all the vents, but the driver or the top-middle, they blow much stronger. I tried looking through the vents to see obsrtuctions but couldn't find any.

Before I Go and rip apart the dash, is there something I can check, like a fuse or something?
