How to get second fan on after A/C removal?

How to get second fan on after A/C removal?
I've removed my A/C on a dual fan setup. I understand that the second fan comes on when the A/C is working. after the removal only one fan works. Is there a way to get the second fan to come on.

you can do it many ways all depends on when you want it to come on. you could just run the ground ing wires for th relays together and then they will both come on at the same time.
