Fan problem

am having problems with my fan not running and i really don't know that much about the wiring part . But i have changed temp. sensor , thersta. , relay , new fan motor and now am stuck right there don.t have the money to take to the shop just drop huge money at the college for son. Now he want his car and i have been doing my best at trying to get it fix.Oh yea what is a fuseable link .

And on the relays are there certain kind ?When i start it relay don't make any noise that i can hear.

Engine: what engine, LT1
Transmission: did it come with one, 4l60
Axle/Gears: They spin (most of the time)
First...A fusiable link is just a wire with a fuse inline with it and second...the relay is on the Drivers side firewall, there is two beside each other and one is the fuel pump relay.
