Do I need a new temp gauge?

Engine: 350 4BBL
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Do I need a new temp gauge?

I put in a 180 termostat in my new 350 and got a new water pump, but I'm still using the old dressings and gauges from my old 305 4bbl. Is the temp that I'm reading in my car still correct ever though I have a new termostat?
