riggin up new fan setup

I need a little help

im ditching my dual fan setup and swaping in a flexolite single fan (3,000 cfm) now i also have a new hypertech fan switch and i need to know what all i need to do to wire this up right

do i remove most of the dual fan wiring? what about the ac aux fan switch in the a/c hardline....i dont use my ac and am having it removed soon also.

i just want this to run as it should...the fan switch is set for like 175 on and 165 off or something like that and i just want it to start the fan at that temp and act properly but with all that DUAL fan wiring in the way i dont know how to set i tup right

plz help
