Cooling issues

The entire drivetrain has been rebuilt, the radiator was flushed before installation, new W/P, belt, thermostat, and coolant. All the temp sensors are new. Driving the car for about 20-30 minutes it sits at about 180-190 on the gauge. Then it will creep up towards the red. One of the fans will turn on and it still stays in the red. The air is getting to the front of the radiator because the dam is still under the car. I get it home and into the garage and the overflow tank is almost full and nearly boiling. Also I just replaced the radiator cap.

What gives? I'm gonna remove the radiator tomorrow and flush it again. Any advice is welcomed.

Affirm...I'm suspecting that the lower radiator hose is collapsing so I'm gonna change it. Also I'm gonna hook the fans to a switch and see what happens.

Finally I found the problem and fixed it once and for all. I replaced the lower hose and was in the process of changing the thermostat again. While I had the neck removed for the thermostat I was wondering why there was still coolant in the intake. I knew that when the coolant was drained there should have only been a small amount of coolant in the intake. I stuck my finger in the intake and checked to see what was blocking the coolant passage to the head. I realized that the intake gaskets were installed backwards. I must have had one to many while putting the engine together. Well replaced the intake gaskets and now she runs like she was meant. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem. Its also something to check out when buying a camaro from someone and they say its running hot and I don't know why.
