Coolant Leak

I think I found the source of my cooling system problem. I looked under my car today and I noticed this. Does anyone know how to go about fixing this?

I suggest cleaning your engine bay with a degreaser of some kind, make sure all fluids are full and let the engine idle until warm. Check the upper radiator hose that leads to the thermostat, the one that goes to the water pump, and the radiator itself. You will find a leak of some sort with pressurized liquid coming out when warmed up.
