Fan Wont Switch To HIGH Setting

Hey folks, I have an 87 GTA with touch button controls for my Heating and AC.

My problem is this, I am able to go from the lowest up to the 2nd highest setting for my fan speed, when I press the button one more time to go to the highest setting, the fan switches off and I dont know why this is, it really sucks in the winter because it's cold in the morning and with my heater not blowing as fast as it should it usually stays cold.

How do I fix this so my fan doesnt shut off on the highest setting?

Start by checking the contacts under the hood at the bower motor harness.
