Check your fan connections, and also check your coolant temp sensor. My wire was burned in two and it could hit 240 on a hot day
Now it runs 190 or so on the highway.

Does it overheat all the time or just on certain occasions? Only when stopped, or does it just continue to climb the longer it runs? Need more details, could be anything from a stuck thermostat, broken water pump vanes, seized water pump etc.....

Over Heating
Check Thermostat
Check Fan Switch
Check Fan Relay
Check Fan Motors
Check Fan Power Harness for Cracks , you could be getting no Juice to the Fans
Check Engine Temperature Sensor .
Check Water Pump
Check Coolant Level and Overflow Tank COLD Level
Check Heater Hose to Core for Restrictions
Check Air Dam Reflector for Breaks that will cause a Change in the Direction of Air Flow to the Radiator
If all else Fails , Put Liquid Nitrogen in your Radiator and Chill Out.......
