E-Fan temp switch

Hey guys, I was thinking about picking up an e-fan out of an f-body to install in to my 2000 GMC Sonoma. The poor truck only has a 2.2L so I figure every bit of power I can free up will be good for her (mileage and power wise) I was thinking about picking up a single E-fan like I have in my 85' Z and mounting it to my truck's radiator w/ zip ties. the only thing i am not too sure of is how to rig it to turn on. I dont want to mess with a switch. I just want it to turn on on it's own in the low 200 degree range. I know Haden makes simple temperature switches that just stick through the radiator (I think Willie's fan control article mentions it) Could I get somthing like this and just wire it between the battery and the fan? I am asume that this probe that sticks through the radiator is just a switch that turns on or off depending on temperature. If its all as simple as this it shouldn't be much of a problem at all to wire this up and leave all the truck's wiring alone.
