a OK cooling temp?

a OK cooling temp?

i know this has been brought up before on the forum so i appologise in advance. With living in the UK and fitting a new digtal temp guage in (oC) ive worked out that the runnin temp is about 89oC (192F) this is my first american car and i dont want it overheating, at what temp should i start getting worried about if problems should arise and what temp do you keep yours about? i would like to know for a ref
