I no longer have a/c and have removed every part of the system, except for the condenser in front of the radiator. A friend told me that he used to use them back in the day when he raced. If I use this as a tranny cooler will it work too effectively and keep the transmission too cool. Would it be a better idea to use it as an oil cooler?

The problem that may arise is that the tubes on our condensors are small. May impede flow. As for the "over cooling". As long as its at operating temp, and you arent in a friggin cold climate, it should work for cooling.

Search also, its been discussed.
