A/C Vent ????

A/C Vent ????
just fixed my fans in my 92 z-28 350....i recharged the A/C and it blows cold out of the top vents; defroster vents(hopefully will stay that way). But all the vents in the dash do not come on. The AC only works w/ max A/C and with the defrosters. Im not sure why the regular vents in the dash of the car dont blow at all????? any ideas???????? Hopefull this will be an easy fix.
p.s. just noticed that it looks like the unit that controls the heat and a/c may have froze up at some point....looks like there is some residue from melting or heat...could it be the unit itself???

Common thirdgen problem. Defrost is the default. Vac leak or switch.
