guys i have an 86 iroc that has the carbed 305 electic components in it. my car has been sitting for about 5 years now, long slow project, but before i parked it my temp gauge stopped working and my cooling fan stopped working so i looked and didnt know why it stopped working so i tempararily wired it to my fog light power wire and just left the lights on while i drove it. now that its been parked i been working on it and found that the wire to the temp sender in the driver side of the block was off. i put it on and the gauge works now so i wired the fan back up and now it does not turn on. what else controls that? is there another sensor up on the thrmostat housing that controls that i think the fan switch? what should i check? thanks guys
