will i pass emissions if...?
i change my whole air flow mech. to a regular air cleaner.
right now the stock one has all sorts of sensors and exhaust flow and things i dont really understand.
i live in california and the system out here is all jacked when it comes to passing smog.
can i just remove the whole stock air cleaner and replace it with a simplified one.
and also what do these components do that are on the stock one and how do they(if at all) effect the tbi?

As far as I understand it, they do require the stock air cleaner, it has the sensors, it also has that stupid hose going from the exhaust manifold to the neck of the air cleaner.
