Who am I

I was rewiring my MAF sensor and I looked down at the radiator and saw a 1 pin connector on the passenger side of the radiator but I have no wires layng around to plug into it. is it some kind of temp sensor? what plugs into it? it is on the radiator. 86 trans am 5.0 tpi

That would seem to be a collant level sensor, which senses when coolant level is too low, and activates a light in the vehicle.

Your vehicle may not have that, and the radiator may be from a different vehicle that was aquipped with it.

Mine has the same thing but it does have a coolant level sensor light on it
