Dual Fan Problems????

Ok Here i go I have an 87 Iroc with stock Dual fans. My AUX fan never worked and I am going to run a switch for that 1 by grounding the green with white srtipe wire before the relay.Already checked by grounding wire and it works. The main fain recently stopped working. I changed the coolant temp sensor and the gauge sending unit still does not work. When i jump the terminals in the ALDL it will turn on then. My question is whether it is the relay or the wiring. I know I should try the relay, but I have been working crazy and have been a little lazy at home lately. Just would like to know so when I get some time I can just tackle it and get it done with
Thanks for any input in advance

Turn on the A/C, this should turn the fans on, if not, check the relay.
