1982 Firebird Vacuum diagram
I am in the process of restoring this car and am in need of how and where the vacuum lines supply to the A/C Heater control unit. It blows through the defrost when I have it set to heat and was told I do not have enough vacuum to adequately open the doors. I need to know how to supply added vacuum to allow this to happen. I do not see any vacuum tank or canister and am not sure from where the vacuum is to be supplied. This is my first post in a looong time. Please be kind. Any diagrams that I can print up or directions would be MUCH APPRICIATED. Thanks, randy

I am having the same issue. I have a 6 inch hose sticking out of the bottom of the A/C vaccum tank. Where does this hose go? I cannot get my vents to work when I switch positions on the vent control. Thanks!
