What controls the condenser fan?

What controls the condenser fan?
My condenser fan runs whenever the ignition is on. What is this fan controlled by and where is the relay for it?

The second (ac) fan is triggered by a pressure switch on the high pressure line of the AC system.

I'm talking about the fan that's in front of the Radiator and the A/C Condenser. Maybe it's aftermarket? If so, I'll grab it's signal off the Secondary Radiator fan's signal.
