CORRECT THERMOSTAT FOR VORTEC 350
I just recently purchased a gm 350 HO with the vortec heads, and don't know what the correct temperature thermostat would be. Even if no one knows what gm recommends, is there any harm in putting a 180F or 195F (like my stock one) in the new engine? Hopefully some of you that also have this engine have gone through the same thing. Thanks in advance.

I've ran 195, 180, and 160 in mine. Go 180.
