blower fan will not go on

went to turn on a/c and the blower fan and a/c compressor would not come on.is this a relay problem?i have a 83 t/a crossfie injection

I just went through that same problem. For me it was the mode selector switch in the console. The slider operates a disc with 3 contacts on it. Mine broke where one contact was attached.
