Fan not turning on, With new parts
Ive changed the fan switch, and coolant sensor. The fan turns on when i jump it from the battery but thats it. What could be the problem? the relay?

X2 or the fusible link for the fan relay. Find the relay....Red lg wire is the constant power from the fusible link = 12V constant, Black-Red lg wire is the output to the positive fan terminal = 12V when fan on, Brown wire is the switched power from the fuse box (C/H FAN 20amp) = 12V ignition on, and Green-White is the trigger for the relay to come on = grounding. The grounding trigger comes from 2 sources...the fan switch or the ac switch inside. If the fan doesnt come on with AC on OR when preset cooling temp is reached, then you either have a blown CH/FAN fuse (brown wire circuit), a blown fusible link (red wire circuit) or simply a bad fan relay. Use a volt-meter to test Red - constant 12V and Brown - ignition 12V 1st , and then move on to swapping the relay if those are good.
