Re: radiator
All I can help you with is the radiator, Summit has direct fit radiators for f-bodies at a good price. 160 in town sounds good, 200 on the freeway sounds like you are missing your lower air dam.

Re: radiator
What module has burnt?
Ditto the air dam...
Depending on how much you want to spend, Classic Industries
has a really hefty sized aluminum unit that is bolt in replacement
fit, in the $300 neighborhood. I got it, but haven't gotten the
project re-assembled yet, so I can't verify it's capability.
But I expect it better cool a 350 with A-C running while parked
on Houston freeways in Aug. -- just in case we have to evac for
another hurricane.
Good luck..

Re: radiator
Not to be a smart-***, but if ANY electronic components are repeatedly
burning up in the 200 deg. eng. temp range, I would look for an electronic
problem. All electrical components under the hood are rated for
operational conditions where engine temps go into the danger zone,
i.e. 250 & beyond. If electronics fail due to overheating, excessive
current draw is usually the culprit, and charred/disfigured housings
are a certain indicator.
Good luck,
kk
