Only one fan comes on at 230*, is this normal?

Only one fan comes on at 230*, is this normal?

I just got the var and only the driver side fan comes on at 230*. is this normall for a 91 Z28 TPI?

The drivers side fan should already be on, the passenger on will turn on quite a bit higher at around 235. If you turn you a/c on that should automatically turn that fan on. Try a lower fan switch.
