Air Conditioning AC SWAP From LB9 to Corvette

To overcome the last hurdle of my engine swap- my Speed Density LB9 to a Corvette Aluminum headed L98. I was forced to use the Corvette Acc's due to the stud boss pattern on the Alum heads. I stuck with the speed density harness. The Vette AC compressor is different- more in the shape of a football, and has only 2 wires going into the front(clutch). The Camaro AC unit had 4 wires, 2 plugging into the back and 2 plugging into the front, both green and black with a diode pig tailed. The key on voltage coming from the 2 wires plugged in back was 12v. The wires going into the front were .03 ohms. Does anyone know how to hook this baby up? I snipped off the Diode, so I'll have to go find one at a bone yard, since the Vette harness (donor) didn't come with one.

Thanks for your help in advance.
